Training everyone from administrators to office staff and clinicians is one of the largest costs of Electronic Health Records (EHR) implementation. Training is essential to learning to fully use EHR software. MSHealth’s training department works closely with each client to develop a training schedule and program customized to your practice. Software Implementation Services:
MSHealth offers the following two options for its Software Implementation. You can choose the option which best suits your business needs.
- Self-hosting (PACE+ install at your location) Model:
We will install then help you implement PACE+ at your facility, which needs to be equipped with a web/database server (database server can be separate), .NET framework on the server, firewall, and high-speed Internet. We include two site licenses; one for production environment, and the second for the testing/training environment.
- SaaS Model - Information Hosting and Disaster Recovery:
PACE+ offers Software as a Service (SaaS) hosting/co-location hosting services for our clients. We work with you to identify the most advantageous and cost effective hosting for your organization. All the hosting software, licensing, and hardware (i.e. servers, firewall, and backup) are included. All you need to access PACE+ is your PC and Internet browser. Includes two site licenses; one for production environment and second for the testing/training environment.
Report and Form Creation Services:
There are many tools you can use to create reports within PACE+. Most of these reports have parameters giving users the ability to choose date ranges, specific users, or programs depending on the operation, criteria and calculation of the report types (i.e. utilization, daily staff activity log, claim status, etc.).
- Adhoc Quick Query
Allows users to have the ability to query and build Adhoc reports from their database with an easy-to-use selection of forms (i.e. referrals and intakes), fields (i.e., client and program), and filters (i.e. age, location, date range). This simple, non-technical report query feature allows authorized users to pull specific information instantaneously then save and export them to Excel.
- Report Builder
iReports is an enterprise-class reporting tool specifically designed for delivering fast, adaptable, presentation-quality HTML reports available to anyone with a web browser without plug-ins. The reports can be custom designed or regenerated. PACE+ uses iReports which generates printable reports to PDF and HTML using MS SQL Server and XML. iReports solves the problem of inconsistent pagination and printing of HTML based reports, and optionally removes Internet Explorer headers & footer when printing. iReports comes with a designer and server application for organizations to develop their own reports.

PACE+ uses Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) [standards] to maintain the privacy and security of Protected Health Information (PHI). PACE+ also uses Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards to securely transmit and exchange among providers, payers and covered entities that are involved in the care, treatment, and management of the patient.
Clinician Credentialing: With PACE+ you can track clinicians’ credentials, dates of licensure/certification and continuing education credits in the provider profile section of the EHR. Specific billing codes correspond with clinician credentials. Clinician credentials can correspond with specific billing codes to ensure accurate service reporting on progress notes. Thus, PACE+ prevents data validation errors by limiting clinicians to reporting only the services for which they are qualified to perform.
