New features and how to best apply them will be covered. Experienced
C4 only.
Clinician
CMHC 5 Clinician classes give you the hands on experience needed
to master the following skills.
- Automate your clinical notes & Tx planning
- Track your client's Tx Reviews, Medications & Lab Results
- Monitor your client's service history.
DMHS Reporting - Prerequisite
- Beginner, Billing A/R for QCMR.
Automate USTF and QCMR reporting! Learn how to fine tune your codes
and entry procedures to capture QCMR data, experiment with the different
submission processes for submitting your USTF data, and much more.
Report Writer-
Prerequisite - application of Beginner topics
Writer I - This class provides an understanding of how to create
and modify reports. Choosing the correct data to report on, and arranging
it in an attractive manner include some of the topics covered.
Writer II - Prerequisite: Writer I. Create custom lists, reports,
cross tabulations, and labels, based upon just about any criteria
you can think of!
MS*Health/CMHC 5 System
Administrator - Prerequisite - Beginner
Learn about the following topics: CMHC 5 multi-tier security, field
validation, modifying fields, auditing, customizing help screens and
much more! System Administrators only.

Implementation
Working with the Implementation guide we’ll complete the steps necessary
to get your system up and running. Plenty of examples will be provided.
Appointment Scheduler
Set up, time exclusion, searching for existing & open appointments.
Creating and scheduling groups, reporting, maintenance, and appointment
to charge/history conversion. This class has recently been expanded
to provide plenty of hands-on practice.
Beginner
Beginners - A MUST for new users. Topics covered will be CMHC 5 navigation,
Pre-Admissions Registration, Admissions and Termination and more.
Understanding the client cycle and how data flows thorough the system
to produce results without extensive data entry.
Billing A/R- Prerequisite,
Beginnner
Billing A/R - II for Windows requires Billing I. Services coding,
client and payor fee schedules, co-payment. Tracking vs. Billable
services, prior authorizations, walk out statements, client statements,
insurance forms, ECS, claim rejections. Payments application, write-offs,
waterfall billing, month end procedures.
Open Forum
CMHC 5 Open Forum - Prerequisites include basic understanding of
CMHC 5 (about 3 months working with the system is recommended) This
class is designed to answer questions that the users may have and
build a discussion around them. The open Forum class is set up as
a mini user group meeting. The instructor will also assist the students
with issues which the MS*Health support has reported as frequently
asked questions. Please notify MS*Health several days in advance about
the topics and questions your agency would like to address so that
we can better customize the class to your needs.
